Julie is an Equity actress, singer, and teaching artist. A New York native, she moved back to BK after graduating from Cornell as a Theatre major. Since graduating, Julie has worked at Berkshire Theatre Festival, Theatre Under the Stars, Kitchen Theatre Company, Cherry Lane Theatre, and the Davenport Theatre. Julie also had the wonderful experience of traveling to Turkey with the International Culture Lab to perform a lead role in the play S/he in the “Honor Games” Festival at Garajistanbul. She is a founding member of Madness Most Discreet Theatre Company. Favorite credits include Val in A Chorus Line, Helena in Midsummer Night's Dream, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, the Witch in Into the Woods, Ulla in The Producers, and Catherine Empanger, a naive nun with Tourette's syndrome in Nice People Dancing to Good Country Music. Julie loves going to classes at the gym with her fierce, kick-ass grandma, margarita nights with her girlfriends, and chilling with her pit bull Lady.
